1. Returns

• You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom/personalized orders

 

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at brownpalagi25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges if the item is in stock. Email us to request an exchange.
